1. Disruptive defense is calculated with this formula: (steals x 1.8) + blocks - (fouls x .5)/ minutes played.
2. Team defense is calculated from defensive adjusted field goal percentage.
3. One on one defense is determined from a couple of ratings obtained from 82games.com regarding opponents positional counterpart's PER.
